About Family Flex - Weekday Care

Family Flex’s infant program is available for children ages 10 weeks through 18 months.

There are three infant rooms, each staffed by two to three teachers. To enhance the caregiver-child relationship, Family Flex employs a looping philosophy, which means each infant will have the same teachers through the infant and toddler programs, until he or she advances to the preschool program.

Daily schedules are customized to meet the needs of each younger infant (ages 10 weeks through 10 months), including diaper changes, naptimes, indoor and outdoor play (weather permitting) and dressing. Feeding plans and dietary requirements are also individualized, based on information provided by each infant’s parents.

The schedules for older infants (ages 10 months through 18 months) are more structured with specific times for snacks, lunch, naps and activities. Fun lessons incorporating stories and other learning materials are interspersed with physical activities designed to encourage use of motor development skills.

Serving as the foundation for Family Flex’s educational efforts is the nationally renowned Creative Curriculum. The staff uses the Touchpoints communication philosophy, developed by Dr. T. Berry Brazelton, to help build strong relationships with parents.

Full time care (Monday through Friday) and part time care (one to three days a week) is avaliable, as well as visitor care, space permitting.

Tuition Prices for children aged 10 weeks- 12 months:

Full Time 5 days a week (7AM-7PM):

$1,699 per month

$250 One Time Enrollment Fee

Part Time 3 days a week (7AM-7PM):

$330 per week

$150 one time enrollment fee

Part Time 1-2 Days a week (min. of 6 hours per day):

$13.50 per hour

Ad-Hoc Visitor (No Set Schedule):

$13.50 per hour
