Currently we are seeking outstanding candidates for the following positions:

Lead-Teachers for infants and toddlers, both daytime, swing and weekend shifts

Assistant Teachers for infants and toddlers, both daytime, swing and weekend shifts

Aides and Interns in all classrooms and all hours

Application Process

All candidates for employment at Family Flex must take the Scheig Assessment, an online childcare provider assessment. To access the assessment:

1) Go to www.ischeig.com

2) Click on the “job applicants” tab at the top

3) Click “login”

4) Type in assessment number 149 for Lead Teachers, Assistant Teachers, and Teacher’s Aides.

If you are applying for the position of Assistant Director and have your director certification letter from the State of Colorado, type in assessment number 113.

5) Type in account number FAMIL

6) Type in password NU8EM6R4

7) Click “login” and follow the instructions on the screen.

The assessment should take 45 – 60 minutes, so please plan accordingly. The results will automatically be emailed to Family Flex Director Sally Petterson. Applicants who score 50 or higher will be asked to submit a resume and schedule an initial interview. Applicants called back for a second interview will be asked to complete an application.
