Family Flex’s toddler program is available for children ages 19 months to three years.

During the evening program, the children are fed and allowed to explore their surroundings on an individual basis before starting the bedtime routine, which includes diaper changes/toilet usage, hand washing, brushing of teeth, changing into pajamas, soft music and stories.

During the daytime hours of the weekend program, the children play outdoors (weather permitting) and indoors, participate in group musical or dance activities and engage in self-directed activities. Snacks and naptime are integrated with the day’s activities, as well as diaper changes/toilet usage and hand washing. The evening schedule is similar to that of the weekday evening program.

Providing a backdrop for Family Flex’s care is the nationally renowned Creative Curriculum (more information). The staff uses the Touchpoints communication philosophy, developed by Dr. T. Berry Brazelton, to help build strong relationships with parents.

Family Flex’s evening and weekend care is available for $9.00 per hour per toddler.
