Thank you for your interest in becoming a Family Flex member.

If you are interested in a position for your child in our daytime program, please fill out the Wait List Form and submit it online or bring it with you if you have scheduled a tour of the center.  Once we receive this Wait List Form, we will determine with you when a position is available that will work with your needs. 

Please disregard the Wait list form deposit of $100.  There will be an enrollment fee charged to you once you and the Family Flex staff have secured a spot for your child.
