Thank you for your interest in becoming a Family Flex member.

If you are interested in a position for your child in our daytime program, please fill out the Wait List Form and submit it online or bring it with you if you have scheduled a tour of the center.  Once we receive this Wait List Form and a $100 refundable enrollment fee, we will determine with you when a position is available that will work with your needs. 

If you are interested in services in our "visitor" evening/weekend program, please click the button Schedule Drop-In and proceed with enrolling your child for the days and hours that you need.
